Why Therefy exists
A large part of life is shaped by things we deal with every day: relationships, decisions, difficult conversations, self-doubt, changing circumstances and the way we respond when things do not go as planned.
Therefy exists to make useful guidance around these parts of life easier to understand and apply.

Therefy is built as a platform rather than around a single programme, topic or facilitator. Information about the facilitator and format of a particular service is provided with that service.

We keep the focus practical. Subjects that can feel complicated in everyday life are explained in ways that are easier to understand, discuss and use.
